Sheinside (Online Shop + Products Review)

I feel kind of weird, since this is a 'make-up blog' and here I am, reviewing a clothes online store that I had ordered from on impulse from seeing cute clothes and a 15% discount

But anyways, to anyone that is interested, here is a store review! (By the way I am not sponsored by Sheinside)

So Sheinside is an online fashion store based in China and has a decent pricing for those who may not have enough money to buy pretty (but expensive) clothes on the streets. The target audience for this store is for 18-35 years old ladies (however of course if you are under or over the age target audience it doesn't mean you can't buy the clothes on the site).

I ordered my two articles of clothing on 9/3/2014 and received them on 26/3/2014 (including time to wait for shipping) which means that it only took 17 days (which is quick because the estimated time for it to arrive was 5-15 as stated on the website and there was even tracking for free shipping)

Since I had only ordered two articles of clothing, the bag was rather small (which is a good thing that is) and there was nothing wrong other than a little tear on the side which is no big deal really.

Packaging/Wrapping: The two articles of clothing were wrapped up on two different bags. Both of them were sealed of course but one was a zip-lock bag whilst the other one had just been sealed up and both had the label 'Sheinside' printed on it.

Clothes:

White Red Long Sleeve Mickey Hooded Sweatshirt: This sweatshirt was what got me excited but I felt rather disappointed when I saw it in real life. As opposed to the material that seems nice and warm on the picture, the sweatshirt I had gotten was thin and you could see through it under natural lighting. The back (which read Mickey Mouse which confused me a bit but oh well can't demand that much) and the hood was extremely cute which was a plus point. But the string inside the hood area was loose and I'm a bit worried on how long that would last unless I sew it tighter. Other than that, nothing else seems to be wrong and I suppose $25 is worth it (It would be more of it's worth if it was around $19)

PROS: Cute, can wear any season, feels comfortable.
CONS: Is different from the image (the hands look kind of creepy now), material, loose strings, could be cheaper

White Long Sleeve Striped Panda Print Hooded Sweatshirt: Now I think this sweatshirt is much more worth it's price (in my opinion). It's slightly more accurate to the picture (in real life the sweatshirt is much more whiter than in the photo I have taken and I really like this one. It's a cute sweatshirt that's worth it price really ($19) and I find it cute how there's glitter on the words and the panda's eyes, nose and ears. I checked the inside and nothing seemed to be wrong so that's good, however there is no tag/label on the sweatshirt unlike the Mickey Mouse one where there is a Sheinside label sewn inside.

PROS: Cute, is accurate to photo, feels comfortable, glitter is a nice touch, warm, worth it's price
CONS: Probably good for only cold weather, glitter can stick on you, no label

Well this was a long blog post but thank you for reading and expect other blog posts soon!
