Since I should probably churn out more reviews, here is a review from a brand I have yet to review, which is Innisfree! I am actually a sucker for things from Innisfree because they all look so natural and the fact that Yoona is the one endorsing the brand (along with Lee Minho!) has basically gotten me hooked on getting more stuff from Innisfree.
Anyways I shall stop rambling and click the 'read more' button to see the review!
"Contained with eco-friendly and clean Jeju green barley extracts, this cleansing tissue easily and rapidly wipes off makeup and impurities."
I hope this is what it claims because there's 50 sheets and I would feel really put off if every time I have to clean my make up I have to use 3 or 4 every time I wipe my face. However I trust Innisfree and I predict that this cleansing tissue will be a good one (may this review prove me wrong or right).
Let's go!
Packaging: The packaging is just a simple packaging where it's like a tissue pack with a hard cover that prevents the tissues from drying out. When you open the packet there is a sticker that seals the tissue (once again to keep it from drying out I assume) and then you can just pull out the tissue from the hole when you peel back the sticker. Sadly this cleansing tissue packet is a bit too big so I can't really bring it to school nor out to use whenever I want to remove my make up.
Ingredients: Click here (O) for the ingredients list. Not many concern me other than Triethanol amine and Isopropyl Myristate which are pretty high irritants and acne inducers but thankfully the rest are safe so I have no issues with that.
Scent: Basically the smell is like wet tissues but with a refreshing citrus scent that lingers for a while before disappearing. I actually like this scent because it feels like when I clean my face with this it'll smell very fresh and that makes my mood better.

One swipe (From L-R: Oh M' Eye Line eyeliner, Jewel-Light Waterproof Eyeliner, Peri's Tint Crayon, Heart Glow CC Cream, Zero Blemish BB Cream (thick layer) and Zero Blemish BB Cream (thin layer). |
Directions: Remove the sticker and pull out a sheet to gently sweep over your face to remove makeup and impurities. Smoothly wipe off the eye area with your eyes closed to prevent formula from getting into eyes. Use cleansing foam and water to finish.
Final thoughts: In the end I feel that this cleansing tissue is a good product that will clean away my make up with only just one tissue. However I would like to try other cleansing tissues before really choosing whether or not to settle with this one. It's a good product though so people who like Innisfree and Green Barley then this is the one for you.Pros:
- Smells refreshing (may be a con)
- Cleans BB cream and CC cream quite well with one swipe
- Easy to use
- Has a seal so tissues won't dry out
- Big tissues so you can use it more
- Scent lingers (may be a con)
Cons:
- Burns greatly if you get the formula into your eye
- Citrus scent/Scent lingering (for those who don't like the scent)
- Two ingredients that are high irritants and acne-inducers
- Doesn't clean waterproof eyeliner very easily
Thank you for reading! Also I do not own the image that is used for the title picture. Other than that, everything else is taken/filmed by me!
